Chill Yogurt - Crestview

Despite a few machines being out of order, the restaurant boasts an impressive array of flavors and an abundance of toppings! From fresh fruit to hot fudge, they have everything you could wish for to customize your frozen yogurt. It would be nice to see a wider selection of drink options, though. On the plus side, they provide board games for guests to enjoy, and a kids' movie was playing, making it a wonderful spot for families with young children.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to Trason's outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient with my son and his cousin, who wanted to sample everything on the menu. He never rushed them and made some fantastic flavor suggestions that turned out to be spot-on! Additionally, the restaurant itself was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere.

The frozen yogurt here is absolutely delicious! They offer a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I highly recommend visiting this place!

Be cautious if you don't specifically request the 2-for-1 happy hour special; you won't receive it. When she informed me of my total, I asked if it reflected the happy hour pricing, but she said it was too late since she had already processed my payment. She mentioned that she didn't have the ability to refund my card and couldn't contact a manager. As a resolution, I was offered a $4 coupon for my next visit, but that just isn't acceptable customer service. I don't think we'll be returning. It's a great place, but the service was lacking.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! My husband and I visited recently, and the variety of options was incredible, perfectly satisfying my cravings. The staff was very friendly, and the ambiance was pleasant. I highly recommend it!
