The counter staff appeared more focused on their personal conversations than on serving customers. There was also a disagreement with the kitchen regarding something posted on social media. It felt like dealing with customers was treated as an inconvenience. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
The drive-thru did not seem very fast, but I noticed they were short-staffed like many businesses these days.
The most recent cooks on staff are doing a fantastic job! We had stopped going there last year because they were always sold out of a lot of the options and their soda machine was always broken so that it didn't offer a number of soda options. We decided to give it another try recently and have found the meals have returned to the good quality we were used to from years past.
Its always great to go to captain d's. I love the people there and they are always friendly. Dont forget to get 5 butterfly shrimp for 1.99
It must be really hard to get an order right here.. like super science. They'll pull you to the side for a #combo order with nobody behind you to keep their drive thru time down and still give you the wrong order because you ordered something they don't feel like cooking or would take to long to prepare like broccoli even though you are already waiting. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!!!
