The staff and food were outstanding. The team was quick, friendly, and efficient, and they got my large order just right. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Manager and the new trainee was awesome. Good to see this store turned around. Last visit which was 8 months ago wasn’t so good.

It’s time for the Capt D’s in Crestview to be closed. The employees, mainly the cooks need to be fired and completely revamp the store. French fries are always reheated. The fish is eatable at best. The only thing good that ever came out of Capt D’S was my son 31 years ago. Tear it down and build anything but it!! Had enough.
This has to be the slowest captain D's drive thru I've ever seen.They must have to run to the gulf and catch the shrimp and fish
