Drove up from Bonners Ferry to go to dinner and enjoy a beer with my husband and son. The Canadian border patrol officer recommended Kokanee Inn. I was a little skeptical when we walked in. There isn't much decor and it's clearly an older bar, but the staff were amazingly friendly and the burgers were delicious. This is a place I will definitely come back to. View all feedback.

While this is nowhere near the quality you get at Jimmy's Pub, but the food was ok, not as bad as I feared it would be. I actually enjoyed my meal and the server was great, funny and took good care of us. It's not a fancy bar by any means, but we had fun. View all feedback.
We had only fish and chips in the kokane inn, it was wonderful, by far the best in the city, the fish was freshly broken, the fries hand cut, the coleslaw fresh and crispy and creamy, the portions are large. and it was delicious! I recommend this place, never had a bad meal and the prices are fair! good work!
Typical small town pub. where everyone knows his name. outstanding clam chowder Friday’s. Tuesday, fender night. Wednesday's steak sandwich..awesome!
My experience at Kokanee Inn was excellent. The Fish and chips were by far the best in town. The fish was fresh and expertly battered, the fries were hand-cut and the coleslaw was fresh, crunchy, and creamy. The portions were generous and the meal was delicious. I highly recommend this place; I have never had a bad meal here, and the prices are fair. Keep up the good work!
We had a 90th birthday party at the Kokanee Inn on a Sunday when the kitchen is normally closed, but Jack the owner called in his staff to do our 90th birthday supper for us which turned out superb. Thanks to Jack and his staff...for a wonderful evening. A-1 Kokanee Inn.
This should be 3.5 stars because the water pressure for the 2nd level was very weak.
