Horrible food and worse service! The owner's son's girlfriend will charge you a different price for the same meal! How does the same dish suddenly become $3 more than the price in the menu? Oh and lucky me, my plate had a hair on it! A dark brown/black hair just like hers. She did not even have her hair tied back while serving food! When I pointed this out to her I watched her take it to the window pull the hair off... View all feedback.

The service is exceptional, as always! The food is fantastic and consistently delicious! However, the OWNER OF THE BUILDING has ruined this beloved family restaurant! She doubled the rent and gave only ONE WEEK'S NOTICE to force out this amazing family that has been a cornerstone of Crestline. They even shoveled the snow off the roof during the blizzard to prevent HER dilapidated building from collapsing! Now, she plans to open her own restaurant in its place. We will NOT be supporting her. Instead, we will follow the staff to Osorio Brothers in Arrowhead. The staff and their dedication were the only reasons anyone frequented this place, given the building's shabby condition and the owner's neglect. I hope she shows more kindness to others in the future. Goodbye, Bearhouse. We loved you!
It has room for improvement, but it also has its positives. I've been dining here for some time, and overall, it's a decent place to eat.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in. However, the food itself is rather bland, lacking the kind of flavor that would entice me to come back—except for the French fries, which are consistently excellent. If they could improve their burgers to avoid the taste of cheap, frozen patties, this could be an ideal spot for enjoying a burger, a beer, and those delicious fries.
Our favorite restaurant in Crestline! Great food, family friendly, and good little bar area with pool table. Karaoke on Fridays, once you go you feel like family.
