I had reservations about dining here after reading some reviews, but it turns out this place was actually fantastic! The servers were incredibly friendly and the service was fast. I ordered the skirt steak tacos and flautas from Jose's side of the menu, and they were delicious with amazing flavor. The margarita was also excellent! I will definitely be returning. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I ordered room service to be delivered to the hot tub, but the drinks took a long time to arrive and the ice had already melted by the time they got to me. Faster friendly service, great eating and various possibilities!
The service was great! the prices, not so much. if they go while it is busy, they should order from the internet, not argue, just try it.
What a great format for a resort hotel dinner experience. I was in almost any colorado resort and crested butte is broken. 7pm on Tuesday during the early break and 9380 is the only option on the basis of the resort. learn from my experience - do not order. $50 dinner served in a paper bag.
Good drinks. Paperless so leaving tip for 1 drink is tough if all you have is a $20.Why paperless when face masks are optional?Not the best way to keep the hard working staff.
Food was ok at best, atmosphere left quite a bit to be desired and the staff didn’t seem to understand English some more than others. The online ordering system was weird and seemed to be built around the fact that the staff didn’t know English, also was not conducive to drink refills, etc. Location to the hill is great though.
