The guests and we were disappointed with the quality of the Foodtruck's services regarding the cocktail buffet (it was lemonade with 2 mint leaves and maybe a little bit of rum) and the tacos (very good but the portions were really small compared to the price). Subsequently we had a conflict with the manager over the amount to be paid. To make a long story short, just know that the amount you sign on the first quote/contract will be the amount that Jérémy will ask you to pay, even if you have signed a new quote respecting the deadlines agreed with him. This is obviously very risky for future brides and grooms who see the list of their guests changing. Fortunately our caterer did not work in the same way because the financial loss would have been much more difficult to manage.
