Nice variety of bbq items. The ones I had seemed to be made with care. Everything seemed a little bit sweeter than I like, though. The staff was friendly and efficient and the dining area is clean and comfortable. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Firewater Bbq Brew- Crest Hill:
I used to love their pulled pork, but in my last two visits the fries were undercooked. And this time, they forgot to bring any sauces or condiments for the cheese. The quality of their food has significantly declined in the past three orders. View all feedback.
I really had a raster for some good BBQ this day. Sat in line at Portillo's only to find out they no longer had bbq. Went to Firewater and the meat was very meaty, BUT it was unchewable. TOO TOUGH . Boil the meat til its tender then put ur touch to it. Crockpot ribs, here I come.

Fire Water BBQ N Brew in Crest Hill, IL is Top Notch. I went with the three meat plate, Angus bovine breeze, pulled pork, BBQ rib tips. and ****. Everything was very good. I think Brisket is the hardest meat to do consistently. This bride was really good. Pretty delicate, maybe a little light on smoke, but still good. I will definitely return next time in the area.
