This is one of my favorite bars! It 's far from fancy, but it 's always a good time and the drinks are cheap! It 's definitely a small town bar....the locals are always welcoming and fun to chill out with and easy to get along with. What Honest C doesn't like about Penn Avenue Tavern:
This restaurant attracts a lot of troubled individuals from Cambria County. There are often drunk drivers leaving after consuming cheap alcohol. Bar fights are common and this place poses a danger to the community. It should be shut down. View all feedback.
