Howev... read more I've been ordering the same blended coffee drink since 2001, and most of the staff recognize my order by now. I always make sure to tip all the employees. However, there was an incident when a new staff member messed up my drink twice in one day. The next time I visited to get my favorite blended espresso, I talked to another employee who explained how to make it and prepared it perfectly for me—plus, she didn't charge me!
