I had high expectations for their pizza, seeing how they make it, so I was a little worried they wouldn't live up to expectations. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious: light, thin, and crispy. I tried the Nuvola dough, which was also delicious. My advice for the Nuvola is to split it, as it's better appreciated. The service was very fast and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the dim lighting, but despite that, I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go back! Hands down, the best pizzeria in Crema.
