We came for Christmas dinner with the family while in Creel. While I was happy to pay 300 MXN pesos per person I was expecting a much better quality and level of service. They has one waitress for the entire restaurant. But the worst was the quality of the meal for the price. Only 3 small bites of turkey the rest was pure carbs, pasta , mashed potatoes and a few leaves of lettuce. Horrible experience for the money! B... View all feedback.
Menonita hamburger are the best I ever had! friendly staff and very comfortable environment. in any case recommend anyone who is curious.
The food was delicious, had amazing taste and the service was great. 10/10. waiters/waitresses were very friendly, actiw and helpful. they make this their first station to eat in creel.
First, sit on yourself. it took much longer than it should get a menu, especially given the fact that only half of the tables were used to sit people due to social distancing measures. what the menu finally arrived, the...Waitress said nothing that she just gave me and went away. they should have taken the drink order. I ordered the steak tacos and a beer. the beer came and about 20 minutes later the tacos. but what came was not tacos. it was a 2 1/2 cast iron pan with a little dry meat in it, two tiny plastic containers of salsa (which lasted for a taco) and a container of dry tasteless maistortillas. added, chihuahua, sinaloa and the area are known for their flour tortillas, so that what I got for the mais was there standard. they are imported with 100% gmo mais from the usa. tasteless and boring. but chihuahua is known for her flesh. that steak should have been good. it wasn't. a lot of luck getting a second drink. the waitress did not smile or said a word to me the whole boring experience.
We had just finished a hike. My husband was quite hungry and the chicken fajitas did the trick. I had a delicious salad. We were a little disappointed in the beer selection but overall we were quite satisfied!
Very disappointing experience. we went Aug 30th the service was horrible never check on if everything was fine or we needed anything else. with that being said they forgot the food of one in our party, didn't have the tortillas for 3 of our burritos,...we had all finished our dinner with the other 4 in our party still waiting for their food. And no one checked if our food had been served. No stake sauce The salsa was very tasteless All in All a very bad service. Will not be going back!
