It was super busy but our waitress managed to keep an eye on every one of her tables including me and my bf. The food was hot and our glasses never went empty. I wish I had gotten our waitresses name because she was super sweet and very helpful.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
I order 15 minutes before I arrive when I arrived there, I'll wait another hour. after the hour they still cooked my food or they still said it was a fact that no one cooked, I ask for my money back. I hope no one else will go there and be treated so that I am not sorry to just get in. View all feedback.
I placed my food order 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. When I got there, I waited for an hour before my food was even started. Despite the long wait, they still had not started cooking or preparing my food and told me it would be a while. No one was actively cooking in the kitchen. I requested a refund and left. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else as the service was poor and the staff were rude.
I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Spice waffle at this restaurant. The staff was different from the last two times we visited, but just as friendly. The food has been consistently great every time we have come here. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
It is difficult to get bacon cooked lightly here, as I had to send it back once. The second time, the edges were still burnt. However, the service was great. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
The night time grille operator is awesome, and the hostess working on 7-12-23 at night was awesome too.Excellent food, great service, friendly people. It's hard to beat.
