Contribute Feedback What Ethan R doesn't like about Baton Rouge Cuisine:
Quality used to be much higher. The rice in the etouffee was either undercooked or had been sitting a long time…it was very crunchy. The etouffee itself had good flavor, but nothing identifiable as a piece of crawfish…just mush. The fried fish was hard, tough to chew. They were out of red beans and rice. The bright spot was that the fried okra and Mac cheese balls were good. View all feedback.
Chicken was swimming in oil but had a good flavor. Okra was good and crispy.
