We frequented Miners Restaurant a few times while in town. The food was Amazing. I had the burger which was big and juicy. My wife and daughter had the Chicken strips and they said they were great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It does not have a lot of tables even less due to Covid and there is a bar. However, it is worth the wait if there is one.
You owe it to yourself to eat here. Really good food. Fish, hamburgers, chicken, catfish, buffalo chicken sandwich. Lots to choose from. Yum
Let me first state the owners were extremely kind and helpful. After a long haul into Creede, we found the perfect spot to eat. We walked by several other establishments, but our party of 5 was very pleased that Miners was the top choice! The food is homemade: from the batter on the juicy, hot fried chicken tenders to the perfectly cut fries. Just when we thought we couldn?t get enough, well, we had to all share a couple of scrumptious fried pies! Yes, those are homemade as well. I heard the chef say those were his grandmother?s recipe. I would?ve taken a picture of them, but we couldn?t put down our forks! If you?re in Creede and crave high quality, delicious food, you will be more than satisfied eating at MINERS !
