I had been there for couple of days and had my food and drinks at the bar restaurant. It was a busy day at the evening. But, the service was good from their end. The fish and chips is the best one here and will recommend for having this one is a must.
It was a great dinning experience in this restaurant and bar,we were nicely explained about menu and drinks by manager Brijesh which was very eye appealing and delicious,I recommend to everyone this is must visit place
Great food,very delicious meat,exciting presentation of food,a must try.Location is as good as the food.Service and attention to detail was superb.Specially to Mr.Bragesh Ladiya his service was awesome and very accommodating.Will be back definitely.
The food really was extremely tasty the Sizzler from the Specials menu was sensational. But service was very slow and the customer service was appalling. There was one colleague, Piotr, who was very good, but he was definitely the exception.
I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza multiple times and dined at the restaurant twice. The nachos and veggie pasta dish are delicious. The restaurant has a typical hotel vibe and unfortunately, the attached bar is closed due to Covid, which I find to be a questionable excuse. The restaurant is well-lit and vibrant, but I personally prefer the more relaxed atmosphere of the bar lounge area. While I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, it is a good and relaxing place to dine if you are already staying at the hotel.

Bar 92.. Very bad service, takes about half an hour to be observed by the waiters to take the order, food selection and quality is average. If you want to order, make sure you make yourself seen by going to the counter or making some noise.. Not worth the money
Tiny calamari, they didn’t bring cutlery or napkins with it. Definitely not a cocktail bar. Hotel was good enough but especially for the price the food and table service were not worth the prices or good in general. Walk a few minutes down the road instead
Service was chaotic. Waitress seemed unable to grasp that we wanted a starter followed by main course. All courses arrived at once. When we mentioned this at the time, was told they could return main course to kitchen to keep warm!!! Service at the bar not great either. Coffee machine broken so had to wait for this from the restaurant, which bar server had to go and get as it didn't arrive. Cannot say so far I am overly impressed.
It was only open for breakfasts during our stay . . . very disappointing!
Steak really nice,deserts,not a large choice.had panna cota.
