So disappointed with Zaxby's. This was their so called funnel cake. First off, it's not supposed to be burnt, golden brown is the key. Secondly, $3.49 for this barley hand sized dessert is atrocious! And lastly the crunch, funnel cake is not supposed to sound like your eating chips. The smell was also unappealing. They should've left Fried Mushrooms on the menu. I went in today Tuesday August 8th 2023 this place was busy the drive-thru was backed up the counter was steady flow and there could not have been a better group of employees courteous polite on it the wait time was very minimal there wasn't a crabby person in that place because those employees took charge and did their job every single one of them deserves a raise Service: Take out
