What User doesn't like about Hardee’s:
Typically, the breakfast at Hardees is delicious. However, the potatoes were subpar and we ended up tossing them out. After sampling the other items, we decided to give up and find another place to eat. We have no intention of returning to Hardees. View all feedback.
DISGUSTING, RUDE AND DISGRACEFUL! The drink station is an absolute mess! The manager was very rude to other customers. The lady seemed to have been waiting a while but even if it was 5 mins the number one priority of your job is customer service. Your eye rolls, mumbling under your breath and rude tone were completely unprofessional.
Super low-effort cold breakfast biscuits twice in a row. Called manager 1st time due to the entire order being cold....she said she got there late and no one had turned the warmer on.2nd time I didn't even bother.Hardee's used to be the spot for a fresh hot breakfast...this is NOT that place anymore. Very few cars in the drive through as well, it must be the new usual here.
Against my better judgement I went back. Told myself I wouldn't ever go back, but here we are. I'm currently holding the second raw, uncooked breakfast biscuit today. After complaining the first was uncooked the worker turned, grabbed another biscuit from the rack and said sorry never looking to see if the second was raw as well. When I showed the second was raw he actually asked if I wanted to wait for a new one or just take the second. I left both raw breakfast biscuits on the counter, no refund at all, and called it a done deal on the absolute worst Hardee's in Florida. This location would better serve as a pet food distributor.
All I can say is WOW!!! Me and my husband got their biscuits and gravy and I wanted to go find my mama and slap her it was so darn good. AMAZING
Literally disgusted. As you can see the burger is clearly raw, never will i be eating from this hardee’s again and i absolutely do not recommend you do
