Stadium Fish & Chip - Cranston

I picked up fish and chips at 22:30. the place was empty when I was there. there were 6 fish pieces that were already cooked and sitting on the frit. I'm just waiting. not a good indicator, but I wasn't gone. as soon as my riders were done, the dame took some of these precooked fish pieces and packed them into my order. 20 minutes drive to the house and that the same fish is cold as it can be and the coating (now soggy) just fell off. disappointed! I will tell them that the pommes were still quite warm, but not to find a cripple. the search for good fishing and chips continues!

I picked up an order so it can be different when they eat in the restaurant. very nice people working the counter and the line moved in a good tempo. the fish was good, but the French pommes were soaked in oil when I came home (8 minutes) and it was not possible. they better eat for the pommes.

My grandparents clement and margaret wood started this business on rolf street in cranston at the end of the second world war. shortly after the war, they built the building that houses the business to date. I remember to spend days there as a child and my grandmother who make me kartoffelskallopen with malt vinegar. my grandfather would be “on the back of the kartoffel peeling machine. To this day I never have pommes without malt vinegar. great memories! keep the good work gary. I live in florida now, so I can't be there. be not surprised when my sister robin appears.

Fantastic experience to visit here. great food and great service. I am looking forward to coming back and trying more from their menu.

Love the place. Incredible seafood, great prices and the friendliest staff. Oh, best coleslaw I have ever had!
