Spacious interior with red themed walls and furniture did give the middle eastern feel. The owner was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. He even put on lights to take video and pics of his restaurant. Falafel is a must try here, paired with either hummus or muttabhal. I feel lunch is a tad expensive, but it is definitely worth it. Oh, did I mention that they also have a hookah lounge. The setting looks pretty cool for the hookah lounge. Have to try it one day.

The qateyef is an amazing dessert similar to a lobster tail pastry filled with a sweet ricotta filling. You'll love it! No bar though.

We rehearse sou... read more We recently inaugurated at Mosaic for the first time and will be back soon. The food is absolutely delicious some of the best food we had in RI. We rehearse soup, appetizers, main courses and even dessert. Each item is individually and competently prepared by the owners who are very friendly and helpful. The Syrian cuisine is wonderful and we are lucky to have Mosaic nearby, it is a short trip from Providence with ample parking spaces. Try it out that you love it too!
