The staff was friendly, but when my food arrived, I noticed a strange smell—like old frying oil. The odor was overpowering, making it impossible for me to eat my meal. I tried the fries, but they were completely affected by the unpleasant scent. None of the food I ordered was fit to eat; it was clear that it had not been freshly prepared and likely had been reheated after sitting out for a day or two. The smell was so terrible that I couldn't even bring myself to throw it away in my own house; I had to take it out to the outside bin. I left feeling very disappointed and disgusted that they would serve such food to customers.

I overheard the staff discussing the mashed potatoes, and one of them remarked that they weren't great, but they would still serve them. I was the only customer in the store, and after two DoorDash orders, I watched them step away from my order five different times. It took over ten minutes for just two items. On a positive note, the woman who took my order was very nice, which was the only bright spot during my experience. I recommend finding another KFC location for your food.
