I visited today around 2:30 PM and had the pleasure of being served by a young lady named Megan. She was very sweet, and I typically find it annoying when cashiers try to upsell or ask for donations, but Megan approached it in such a charming way that I ended up buying two donuts and giving a dollar for the cause. The service was excellent, and the coffee was fresh. I’m very happy with my experience!
I'm a donut lover, while my wife prefers bagels. We both enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, and occasionally, we treat ourselves to a coffee as well.
I absolutely love my Dunkin' crew! Tina is my favorite barista, along with Tara. You both make my mornings so much brighter every day! If I could, I would give you 20 out of 5 stars!
It is a great place to get coffee on the go.
I ordered two signature lattes through the mobile app, and the sticker clearly indicates this. I was charged for both lattes, but what I received is shown in the picture below. There was no whipped cream, no drizzle, and no toppings, which are all supposed to be included. Unfortunately, my daughter picked up the order and didn’t notice that they were not made correctly.
