I made a reservation on the restaurant's website at the beginning of December for the meal on January 1st at noon, my reservation was accepted and I even received a confirmation request a few days before. Arrival in front of the restaurant: closed and empty… Number unreachable, no information displayed, restaurant marked “open” on Google… very disappointed. Good atmosphere and amazing service thanks to the students that are in training from the nearby, Les Roches university. All the meals are explained and attention to detail is key in their service.
Campus visit and opportunity to have lunch at Roots was truly an experience, treated like special guests and the service from the kitchen to students who served us doing their internship at the restaurant was amazing
Original and elaborate cuisine! We all loved the stuffed morels! Very good value for money. The service was well managed by the trainer! I recommend
