Today I saw a white squirrel. Only my excitement, but I never knew they existed. Going to the Rues of Crans and Montana almost every day, I meet native animals with great pride from their rich owners, but also wild animals...that în learns a great lesson: they should not fear Humains. Every day I hear hundreds of birds, now and then a rabbit goes on my way, or a frightened fox. We think too much and feel too little. If you want fast food, try MC Do. If you are a fan of Chef Etchebest, then don't belong here, then pay a meat at Hostelerie de Plaisance! I pass Plumachit almost every week, and once I eat there. Let's give this restaurant a chance, after all, it is one of the 3 best restaurants where you can get a good meal when you have created Pass Bisse de Tsittorret (the best place nature and Humain, located between Crans-Montana, les Violettes and Aminona right from the Rhône, a panoramic path with spectacular views over the Valais Alps and the 4000 meter high peaks of Val dAnvier). Book the place for lunch in winter time. When we arrived at 13:00, there were no places and most tables were booked for 13:00 or 13:30. We found a table. The place was full, but we were served fast. Unfortunately the dish of the day (20 pieces) spaghetti with meat and the part was very small. We had to order another court when we were hungry. The speciality of the place is a bread soaked in wine with lots of cheese and egg (I hung the picture). The dessert was also delicious.

This was not our first visit, however we wanted to give them another chance. the waiter attending to our table was completely disorganized, food was slow to come (more than 1 hour for the menu of the day and cold meat platter) and about average when it came to presentation and taste. people around us had been waiting over 1 hour for their salad so we were not isolated cases. as i said this was not our first visit, we have come in winter during ski season with the same level of service. i would strongly encourage people not to go or return; their good location makes it too easy for them so they make absolutely no effort to be friendly and provide good service which does not help the image of switzerland towards tourists
