We are from Panorama- so our boys are always happy when they can eat something other than my cooking. We were advised that it was busy and our food could be delayed. Our waitress Freedom was very pleasant and provided GREAT service. Food was what you expect from Boston Pizza.
We live out of town so were really looking froward to a great BP meal… excited to earn tat PAsta Night was on all January so I ordered my favourite: BP Lasagna … well, it was a huge letdown! Apparently, the sauce in this dish has beef in it… i could probably count the bits of beef??? The sauce tasted like it was tomato soup with a touch of paste to thicken it… what happened to BP lasagna ??? Would not recommend this dish…with many other places to eat in Cranbrook, maybe it’s time to go somewhere else. So very sad…someplace that is supposed to be “solid place to eat” is no longer true…
I don’t think anyone is expecting greatness when going to Boston Pizza. Only reason my boyfriend and I keep going back is to see our favorite servers (Sharron and Katie). It’s a good atmosphere for going to get drinks but I would steer clear from their food
I recently went to BP in Cranbrook for a team dinner and had a great experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent, despite our large group arriving at dinner time. The menu had plenty of options and the food was tasty. Thank you BP Cranbrook!
The spaghetti, despite being served in large portions, lacked quality and presentation. The pasta was severely overcooked. The pork ribs were undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Even after being reheated, they still had a terrible color and taste. We ended up leaving our meal uneaten on the plates. The restaurant manager's service was also unsatisfactory.
