I didn’t catch the names of the staff at the Cranbrook, BC location around 6:00 PM on Friday, April 12th, but they truly made my experience memorable. I don’t think I’ve grinned this much while eating a sandwich since celebrating my birthday at a competitor's restaurant back in 1991. Everyone leaving the place had to stop by the counter to express their gratitude to the hardworking team. Now, I need to massage my cheeks because they hurt from all the smiling!
