Consistently great. My wife and I often dine here with children, guests, etc. and it is consistently great. The cooks for a good show and the food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. I could take pictures of the seafood sauce:
We love Ichiban in Cranberry. We love everything about Ichiban!!!! Not only the food, but Roger and Sean are the best!!! Thank you for a great family experience!! The children love it and recommend it to everyone!

MMMMmmmm. Went there last night, party of 4. Food was wonderful, service was great. Staff was wonderful. They even took my phone coupon from online VAl- pack.
