Kfc - Cranberry Township

Asked for some ranch, order taker got rude with me and said “we can’t just give out free ranch” I didn’t care if I had to buy it I just wanted ranch. She charged me 41¢ for 1 packet.

The food has been one of the worst I experienced ever. We had bought 4 burgers as it was getting late and all four had stale chicken that was rubbery, hard and tasteless. I never experienced this quality before. Giving 1 star as I can’t give below that.

I visited the KFC inside Walmart, and the service was quite disappointing. The woman taking orders was very rude to everyone. On the bright side, the food was decent.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really impressed by this place. The person who checked me out was extremely helpful and friendly. The food arrived quickly, but what stood out most was the excellent customer service.

I had a KFC meal today, and unfortunately, the chicken breast wasn't good. I usually love the crispy skin, but this time it was overcooked and so chewy that it felt like rubber. I was quite surprised by the experience.
