Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Cranberry

We understand it is holy evening, and a late evening meal the people, where willing to come home to their family.

We had great service. They were out of white wine. I mean all white wine. There was also a snafu with our meals. After checking that they still had prime rib a full 15 minutes later they just weren’t sure if they had any left. Also, the manager couldn’t tell our server, when he would know. Our server was awesome she sent the manager over. No apology, no nothing. He honestly didn’t care. Our meals were delayed, we couldn’t get out selected meals or wine.

We had a very nice Christmas Eve meal. Service and food were great.

Everything was good except we felt so rushed out. Salad was served with appetizers, and dinner served before finishing that. Why so rushed. We were out within an hour. Would have liked to have relaxed

Food was excellent. Food prices were reasonable with large portions, even for the appetizers. The cheese steak eggrolls are a must have. I had 3 Coke Zero's and they charged for each one. They cost 5 cents (or less) per glass. Not happy when I saw that on the bill. I don't recall a restaurant that charges for each glass of Coke. I will know better next time. Calista was a very attentive server. I will ask for her next time we dine there.
