I was there with my daughter and it was a busy place! The manager chipped in and sat us, along with getting us started on drinks. You could tell that it was a restaurant that truly cared about the experience of their customers. The service was slower at first, but the server was amazing and had to balance so many tables. What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Bravo Italian Kitchen Cranberry Township Cranberry:
The food was absolutely delicious—classic, authentic Italian cuisine. Our waiter was incredibly kind and provided excellent service! However, the hostess was not very pleasant, and it seemed like the restaurant was overstaffed. Overall, it was a good experience! View all feedback.
For a Thanksgiving meal, the food was mostly terrible. The chopped salad, so-called sausage stuffing, and pumpkin pie were all disgusting. The turkey, gravy, potatoes, and green beans were decent. The meal was rushed as we didn’t have time to finish the horrible salads, partly chopped, and tasted out of a bag. The pumpkin pie was the worst we’ve ever eaten. No flavor and very little melted whip cream. The so-called stuffing was dry, did not contain any sausage, and was basically non-existent. And to top it all off, the waitress refused to use our 10% Thanksgiving feast coupon which clearly stated was for use for takeout or dine in. She gave a cocktail discount instead. Needless to say, we were Very disappointed.
My pasta bravo was ice cold. My girlfriend’s daughter said her fettuccine alfredo tasted like dirty dishwater. $9.00 for a bowl of wedding soup? What a complete rip-off. Never again.
Food and drinks were good. Waitress was kind. Hostess was extremely rude, and table/dishes were dirty as soon as we sat down.
We had a fantastic dining experience at Bravo. The food was excellent and our server, Evan, was very attentive.
We have dinner at Bravo!’s Italian kitchen in Cranberry Township a couple of times a month because we enjoy the menu variety, delicious meals, and excellent service.
