Applebee's Grill - Cranberry Township

Mark the manager was extremely unprofessional. Ordered via the mobile app and food was to be ready by 8:05 pm. Sat in curbside until 8:15 pm. Food never came out and sat on a table for over 10 minutes. I watched Mark stare out the window from behind the bar, we made eyecontsc . Husband went in and female bartender couldn 't find the order. Mark came up to my husband and said, What do you want? My curbside order would be nice. We knew it was done we got the alert. Mark said he was too busy to bring it out. Place was not busy, Mark was just a rude, disorganized mess. Food was cold.

Ordered 2 for 28 add shrimp. Not what waitress put in. Overcharged and not doing that again.

Love the casual atmosphere and Melissa is definitely the best bartender ever!! Great prices too!!

Parking: Husband broke his back and on a walker, he has a handicap sticker for the car and we were able to park by the door. I was hoping he didn't have to go up stairs, but they put us in a booth where he had to go up a couple of steps. Otherwise dinner was delicious.

Loved the atmosphere who doesn't love an Applebee's atmosphere it's always a good vibe! Our server couldn't handle how busy it was ,she needed less tables but she already didn't even have alot my guess she was new, like most Applebee's ma agents make their way around and asked how everything is not here , plenty of parking, the food we got the pretzels with cheese dip the first set was gross there was dirt from we belive were they cooked then they brought us new ones they were ok, mashed potatoes were literally ice cold so had to get fresh ones, my chicken quesadilla was warm not hot or super cold but by the time I ate 1 piece the whole thing was cold and very unappetizing, brought the wrong salad out as well and alot ofnthe food was just simply put cold, even the new food wasn't that great usually I give most Applebee's 5 stars but this was one that I just couldn't they were very un organized and cpuldnt keep up it seemed!Parking: Big parking lot
