Since then, I... read more Damascus in Crailsheim is a real discovery for me. I tried shawarma there for the first time some time ago and it left a lasting impression on me. Since then, I've compared every shawarma I eat elsewhere to that of Damascus and so far none have been able to compete. The two brothers who run the restaurant do it as a hobby and are only open on weekends. But you immediately notice that passion and quality are in the foreground here. Everything is freshly prepared and the ingredients are excellent you can taste it in every bite. If you are looking for authentic Syrian specialties, you should definitely visit Damascus. For me a clear 5 out of 5!
