What User doesn't like about Roxburgh Park Hotel:
We eat here quite often, mainly because it is convenient. The price is good for the quantity of food but the quality varies considerably. My first stop is always the carvery for the pork as we do not eat a lot of meat at home. Pork was cooked well but always have to ask for crackle. The crackle is obviously removed before cooking and cooked separately, only brought out at the last minute. As far as I am concerned you... View all feedback.

I am not a dessert person but even to me the variety and quality is poor.
Good variety of foods, clean quite tasty, well stocked buffet, the included tea and coffee is a bonus, all up good value, don't eat before you go, you won't be able to eat till the next day! Certainly worth it.
2nd times the charm and it was! What a change and improvement to my palate and crowd control was Iike a well oiled machine threading through the buffet line taking sweet treats to mains. Such variety and choice in which to choose. Being a small eater my eyes were wide open when it came to picking and choosing. Two types of Calamari on offer - deep friend and stir fried along with dipping sauces added to the taste sensation. $30 for all you can eat! For people like myself $30 was more than enough to pay for my grazing. By the end of the night I felt full to the brim. Aussie/NZ Pavlova who could turn this down? You literally have to roll out of the Roxburgh. Food quality has improved and the crowd thinned out after 8.30pm because they couldn't get what they had come for. Never mind. Baby girl in tow with mum she enjoyed the play room and the ice cream on soft serve. Worth a taste and a visit. Come one, come all!
The food was just ok, prices are reasonable however there is a lot of room for improvement. Food labels are not consistent, so you'll have to ask the staff what things are. The variety of food lacking greatly. The desserts are not great at all unfortunately. I was a little disappointed this time round.
