What Lyssa Nicole doesn't like about Spice House:
Extremely rude staff! Was not attended and had to call their attention, even so i was given attiude?! I was shocked! Hygiene was horrible! No use of gloves whatsoever and overall dirty! Especially during Covid19?? Where were the masks?! I was extremely disappointed View all feedback.
Ordered food 3 hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived I have also paid and not received anything the order now says it’s delivered when it hasn’t been then half 2 the next day and they only cancelled it then (also wouldn’t let me cancel on the app)
Food was nice and hot,only they did not accept card the day we were in.We had to go to cash machine.But food was five stars,calzone have loads of meat inside,compare to another place we have ordered this week.
Guy taking the order wasn't the most pleasant more interest in looking put of the window. Calzone was ok toppings consisted 90% peppers and onion and only a small amount of chicken.
First and last time. Sliced burgers masquerading as steak kebabs, will stick with King Kebab and Palazzo Kitchen in future. Bag swimming in sauce too.
My order cost 8£ for everything, I give 20£ and I get change 11£ 50p. And the next day after kebab I feel badly, few times I go to toilet.
