Burger Orleans - Cozumel

Trash.. The service was horrible. The Asian lady charged my fiance’ $40 for food we didnt order, she had to send the plate back to fix my order. very over price. They had to fix our order 3 times because she didnt understand us (language barrier). It was just a horrible experience

The food was terrible. It tasted like I was back in the army during a field exercise. I can tell that the burger was a pre frozen burger and not original ground beef. They mush have just put this burger in the microwave or something. I could have went to burger King and gotten a better tasting burger. I plan to never go there again.

Very unclean! A gentlemen was sweeping the floor, I came to serve us drink without washing the hand and wearing any hand gloves. He even stick his dirty fingers in the cup. This is not even the worst part! Found hair (human/animal) inside the food. Never going there again.

No soap in restroom and must be a paying customer to use it.
