This is becoming one of our favorite stops. Never crowded, friendly, attentive waiters without being obtrusive. Have never tried the food here, honestly, but it's always been at the wrong time for us. There's always next trip, right?. Drinks are hammer down, strong and fresh, margarita probably one of the best on the island. Sit under the huge palapa, or go outside under one of the umbrellas, and dig your feet in the... We visited quite late in the afternoon, whilst on a coach tour, it was so busy we could not find a beach chair or sun umbrella.. The beach is very nice with quite rough sea, suitable for surfing. The toilets were not very clean but served their urpose View all feedback.
Great service, great food, great drinks. Followed by a lounge and nap in a hammock. Seriously though, they serve fish caught fresh every day. My daughter and I had red snapper, prepared yucatan style. It was soooo good. Sadly, I don’t remember our servers name, but he was very friendly and attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. Oh, and the restrooms were really clean. When you head to the ocean side of the island, this is where you want to eat.
El Pescador was a restaurant stop at the end of a tour. The restaurant is an open space located off a windy road and right on the water; the tables and chairs are on the sand. All seats get a view of the beautiful clear, turquoise water, the sound of the pounding waves and a salty breeze. There is no electricity (other than generators) on this part of the island, so all food is prepared fresh. The portions are extremely generous the fajita dish could serve 3 people. The food is simple, fresh and tasty, and the drinks are strong. You can rent water equipment and jump in the water after your meal; the beach is not crowded and the area is very clean. The best part of our visit was the service. Yes, you will be hustled on the beach by some vendors, but the restaurant is family owned and you will be checked upon many times to ensure you are pleased. This is the perfect place to enjoy the water, fresh seafood and to be treated like an honored guest!
Our family took a San Gervasio and beach break tour. Our tour guide, Moy took us to El Pescador for our lunch. We had a huge group on our tour but the wait staff seated us all so quickly and took our orders within minutes. Even though we had a big group, our food was promptly delivered to our table within 10 minutes. The service and food was exceptional. Our family ordered two different food platters so we could try different foods.
The most amazing pico ever. By far the best on the island. We are here 3 different times Over the last week. We got fajitas and quesadillas. Each time we got the pico and guacamole. It’s so fresh. So tasty. The flavor of the beef and chicken is amazing. The beer is so cold and all the fruity drinks are amazing per my wife. We loved this place and it’s now the favorite east side place to hang.
Excellent seafood, great atmosphere by one of the best beaches in Cozumel The seafood is very fresh and the cooking simple yet excellent. Laidback atmosphere either to have a meal, to expend the day by the beach or to try the surfing boards on offer. 20 minute cab ride from downtown but definitely worth the trip. Waiters are kind and very helpful Do not miss it if you are in Cozumel
