Excelente, muy recomendable para unas vacaciones en familia o en pareja. La comida es deliciosa, los empleados del hotel son muy amables y serviciales, y cuentan con la mejor playa.

Beautiful location and food is pretty good but lacks flavor or any spices. Alcohol is expensive especially if drinks presented are supposed to have alcohol but don’t. Be honest and give what we pay for and I would have wanted to return. Most staff act nice and kind.

Just came back from another amazing stay at Intercontinental President in Cozumel. Enjoyed the ocean view room, the facilities and the food at three of the restaurant as well as beach service. The staff always makes sure we have the best time there. Can’t wait for next year!

This was a cruise stop for us. We decided to book a room for the day so we can use the amenities. So glad we did! I have stayed at many IC hotels such as Miami, Houston and Atlanta. I am an Ambassador member as well so IC is my preferred hotel when traveling. When we arrived, it was like wow. I love the decors and felt very secluded/safe. We were checked in and offered breakfast. They also give you a cold towel and a pineapple ginger shot while checking in. Omg the buffet was so good! Lots of varieties and not just the boring American standard items. The juices were freshly squeezed because I can see the pulp still. There always was a station where the lady was making tacos fresh for you. There is a private beach area. You can also go snorkeling and there is other water activities too! The room they gave us had a balcony and it walked out to the beach/bar area. Customer service was very top notch. I wish we had more time to spend there but for the time we did, we enjoyed ourselves. We are definitely coming back and staying longer! They called a cab for us to go back to the cruise port. We were sad to leave.
