When he in fact, literally gets paid TO DO SO. He smashed the side of the lid into the pizza as well, so when it was opened a bunch of pizza fell all over the place, the carpet in my truck was clean until that. We then went back and grabbed a drink and all he could do was GLARE angrily at us. If you don’t wanna be paid to make people’s food, the job you’re simply hired to do, go work somewhere else. Very very unprofessional, get someone who actually does the job they’re paid to do.

The... read more Ordered a big order today and only one thing was right! Of course when I called, there was no manager there and the guy said they were left there being new. The one pizza wasn’t even fully cooked and didn’t even have what I ordered on it. Plus I did an online order several hours before my husband would pick it up and he still had to wait for it to be ready for about 10 or 15 minutes! Service: Take out

They gave it to me for free and were very apologetic 10/10 customer service.

I understand it gets busy, but don't tell me slices will be out in a few mins then let me stand there for 20 just to be told slices will be another hour and a h... read more I understand it gets busy, but don't tell me slices will be out in a few mins then let me stand there for 20 just to be told slices will be another hour and a half because too many orders came in and those take priority I needed to make an order for a full if I wanted it sooner. I'm a solo truck driver. I don't need or want a whole pizza Edit: 4 months later 10-7-22 and it's the same situation. People inside the store are told orders take precedent. Full pizza order or nothing. They're far too busy to worry about individual slices

The staff ended up calling th... read more Good pizza, went for a piece of breakfast pizza went back a couple hours later for a sausage piece of pizza and a couple snapples. The staff ended up calling the cops, because they thought my friend (who went in for a second, was asked if she was the person they claimed she was, she said no and went back to my vehicle) was someone else. The employees cussed me out in front of a store full of people when I tried explaining that they were wrong. We sat outside and waited for the cops. When the cop showed up, he said my friend looked nothing like who the employees claimed she was and we were free to go. We didn't even receive an apology. I will not be back. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff.
