Ina and Steve, the hosts, provided such lovely country quality meals and sweets at such reasonably prices, that our whole group of 14, decided that we just had to eat there for a second night so we could try something different from the menu. And we all would have done a third night if we didn't need to go home. Thank You. View all feedback.
Gezellig en vriendelijke restaurant. Warme en vriendelijke service en ambiance, uitstekend eten, goede prijs en altijd een gezellige avond daar.
Our family of six (aged from 20 up), dined here and had a very pleasant experience. The menu was small, however the four different meals that we ordered were done very well. The wait time wasn't very long and all the meals came out together. Those who had dessert enjoyed it and said it complimented their meal well. The meals and drinks are very reasonably priced and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
We were staying at the motel, so tried the restaurant.Surprisingly the restaurant does not have Windows to view outside. The decor was fine. We had herb bread then lamb cutlets. The food was great. We also had a beer and Kahlua and milk. The service was timely and friendly.
Four of us had dinner last Friday night, it was GREAT. We were hesitant as we had been told (by gossip that it was chinese meals) wrong! the same chef/cook is still cooking the great meal and friendly waiting staff. that we have been used too for many years. New owners are very nice. I recommend this for good quality meals, food, service and atmosphere. We will be returning
In a town with slim pickings for dinner on a quiet winter Monday we were well looked after at this little restaurant. We were the only guests - so ambience was lacking but it was more than made up for by a lovely hostess. Two kids chose soup, which arrived warm with slices of fresh bread and butter. The third had a kids meal (usual choice of nuggets, fish or pizza & chips). The soup won! The grown ups had generous serves of crumbed lamb cutlets and steak served with loads of warm veggies. But the dinner highlight was the chocolate lava cake ordered for dessert. My difficult eater was in heaven, especially as it was served with ice cream and cream.
