Arby's - Coweta

This restaurant offers excellent food and service at a reasonable price. The Cherry Turnover, Corned Beef Reuben, and Roast Beef are highly recommended dishes. The ambiance is also delightful, receiving a perfect rating of 5.

How many employees does it take to serve one walk-in customer? Apparently, five is not enough. I walked in and waited a while before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When I finally made my order, I watched in disbelief as two employees struggled to put a thick piece of cheese on my bun. After waiting an additional seven minutes for my order while drive-thru customers were served, I expressed my frustration at the long wait. When I finally received my order, I was warned that the fries were hot, but the rest of the meal was not up to par. As I walked out the door, I was met with a sarcastic "Have a nice day!" and no apologies for the poor service. Suffice to say, I won't be returning to this Arby's.

People are nice but the sandwiches seem to barely have meat on them, even when getting the larger portions. Just a bit expensive for what you get. Beyond that tastes fine.
