Healthy Indulgence - Cowes

Beautiful, knowledgeable and friendly staff; with a well-stocked shop of overwhelming vegan options. these included refined sugar free and also gf. we bought lunch and cookies, all very nice. I was also able to buy a good selection of vegan multivitamins that I had been looking for not landing elsewhere!

This is a great little health food store where vegans can buy all kinds of products during their holidays on the Isle of Wight. They store quite a lot of chilled products like vegan cheeses and meat replacements but also dried fruits etc. They do also do home made cakes and those are delicious! Make sure to stop by when you are arriving in Cowes with the ferry!

This shop has so many delicious vegan products in the offer. if they don't have what they need, they'll order it. the personal offers helpful, competent advice on health and nutrition. they offer fillings of household detergents, shampoo etc. to reduce plastic waste. they also sell many environmentally friendly products such as bambus toothbrushes.

This is undoubtedly the best health food shop on the island! I come here regularly to store on ombaric chocolate and other tasty healthy snacks. also their homemade vegan cakes are absolutely delicious! the staff are friendly and will be happy to give you interesting advice when asked
