The Bakery gets mixed reviews. As a visitor, I thought I'd at least try. On the day ... I found the staff polite and helpful and the pie and pastie both excellent. The coffee was also excellent... (taste, but a bit cooler than I prefer),. The temperature problem can be easily fixed by supplying the staff with a milk thermometer, as is done by most businesses without a full time barista.
