Then refused to give me a receipt at the pickup window and said to the rest of the crew how I wanted this and that. Very rude, no name tag, but not fit for duty in customer service at all.

On my last visit, the manager argued with me for about 5 minutes insisting that I ordered through the app for a different location. It wasn't until another employee overheard us and said that my order was sitting under the heat lamp by the fries. No apology from the manager. Here's a suggestion for the future... of you can find my order in the computer, try asking if anyone else has already processed it and bagged it.Prices keep going up and they are certainly not worth $10 to $12 for a combo meal. I only order deals through the app now.

They will only take one car at a time through drive th... read more I go here at least every other day as a doordash driver. This is the WORST restaurant on the north shore. They will only take one car at a time through drive through and then make you pull up out of the way. I can only assume this is to stop their drive thru counter. I have had big and large orders from here when it’s busy and it’s slower. It doesn’t matter what you order they are going to make you pull to the side to stop their counter and it’s going to take AT LEAST 20 minutes. Even if it’s just you. You better check your bag too because the amount of times things are missing/wrong is insane.Stay clear if you are a customer, be ready for a long wait if you at a delivery driver.
