This location has been on a steady decline when it comes to service and the employees' attitudes. On my last visit, the manager argued with me for about 5 minutes insisting that I ordered through the app for a different location. It wasn't until another employee overheard us and said that my order was sitting under the heat lamp by the fries. No apology from the manager. Here's a suggestion for the future... of you c... The women was rude, said the food was already made couldn't change my mind when ordering my sandwitch. This honestly is the worst Wendy's ever! Very rude employees and not friendly At all. Plus they never give you a receipt!
Went through the drive thru 12/3/23 4:00pm and the woman taking the order was extremely rude and impatient with us. Then refused to give me a receipt at the pickup window and said to the rest of the crew how I wanted this and that. Very rude, no name tag, but not fit for duty in customer service at all.
Every time I order here they give me the wrong size of fries or end up forgetting my fries completely,
The slowest drive through. They make you wait even when there are no cars sitting there.
The server at the window was horrible and she appeared to be aggravated as i asked for napkins
