I recently spent the weekend in the Covington area and came across a Thai chili restaurant tucked away in a strip mall. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try. I'm happy to report that the food was incredibly authentic. I ordered the chicken laab salad and stir-fried basil with white rice, both at Thai spicy level.
