What User doesn't like about Safeway Liquor:
I'm often on my way to work at 7:00. This morning, I'm in business for Starbucks behind a manager. The Starbuck manager was busy flirting with him - she barely recognized me - and continued to fix his drink and still chat with him. I was on my way to work and couldn't wait. He's at work- is this good customer service to let me wait- if he could wait- because he was already at work- and I was on the way to work!!! View all feedback.
Poor customer service, lines were backed up and only two checkers. Had to go through self checkout and the checker in self checkout was rude. I will never shop safeway again.
100% parent fail and we didn't realize the bakery closed so early. It's our daughter's 3rd birthday and she has been talking about the cookie monster cake she saw in the deli for weeks. Dad went to get it and the bakery was closed. DEVASTATED. Called this Safeway and they said COME IN and they would do what they could to help. The manager got the cookie monster cake out if the closed bakery for us!!! Seriously, I could cry. SO impressed with the customer service we received. Thank you!!!!!
They need to seriously remodel this store. It's so dated and old feeling when you enter. Employees at this store really aren't that friendly and walk right past you when you ask them a question. The pre-made sandwiches are a hit or miss. You really need to look at the date of when they are made. The last sandwich I purchased was old, soggy and nasty tasting! And the food at the China Express isn't that great either
I really like going to the store because the staff is super friendly and it's always a pleasure talking to them every week. Thank you so much for being here for all of us!
The lady in the hairnet in the deli had no idea what she was doing. Ask her a question and she was looking around for about four minutes before I just said no thank you and walked out.
