Mcalister's Deli - Covington

I love McAlister the food and service are great and I would give 5 stars for that. What I am very disappointed in the hours of operation. I stopped by last week at 430 and they were already closed. I'm not always around here for lunch but I am for dinner and would love to have McAlister.

Went there and got lunch they only had three employees working because other employees did not show up and they still did an outstanding job! Definitely worth the extra 10 minutes... Not too bad for running on a short crew!

Ordered a McAlister King Club with Mac and cheese that is definitely not what I got

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff here, both ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly friendly and always strive to get your order exactly right. If there's ever an issue with your order, they are quick to rectify it. The food is fantastic, featuring a typical selection of deli items such as sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads. And don’t forget to save room for dessert! Everything is fresh and delicious. Thank you for consistently providing such a wonderful meal. I am a very happy and loyal customer.

I used to really enjoy McAlister's, but I was extremely disappointed during my visit today. They promote an amazing steak sandwich, but when I tried to order it, I was informed they were out of steak. Since that was unavailable, I opted for a bowl of their broccoli cheddar soup, which is usually delicious. However, I was then told they were out of soups, Mac and cheese, and several other menu items. It's evident that this location is having difficulties; they've cut back on their hours, and the quality of the food we received today was subpar. I won't be returning!
