Delicious burgers! I got a #4 and would definitely come back to get it again. Also, the customer service of the man at the window was so consumer focused and nice. Great experience. View all feedback.
What Lauren Brown Turner doesn't like about Lee's Hamburgers Of Covington:
Absolute worst customer service experience of my life. Not only did I receive a cheeseburger without a patty on it. They left off an order of onion rings, and an order of fries as well. Oh yeah and to top it off, I placed my order on their website, only to find out 40 min later they never received it after having charged my card and sent me a confirmation order. My advice, go to Five Guys, or anywhere, just stay the... View all feedback.
Olde Nawlins Favorite. Da only place I eat a burger sandwich at. The Best as far I am concerned. And the fresh cut fries are cooked just right, crispy. The young people working there are pleasant and accommodating.
Da works burger is simply the best! Order with cheese fries.
I have to agree, it is rather pricey. It's not bad for a change from the other chains. Our food was good, not really old or dried out? Moist, juicy goodness.
People are very harsh. Yes i do have to agree the staff can be very rude. I think that if you have a job and are paid to be there you should at least act like you enjoy it! Although i have heard it is a hard and not such a good job to have. Even though the staff is one minor set back the food is very good. I really enjoy eating Lee's hamburgers they cook it with onions inside which makes the flavor so amazing. If your hungry and want a quick eat go to Lee's!!
Much like Bud's, Lee's is an old New Orleans local chain. Growing up in Slidell the place was a plywood stand that had a couple of picnic tables out front. Seems the burgers from the old stand had a lot more onions on them then the present day Lee's do, but I digress. This location has always had decent service (and by decent I mean a person 22 or under who doesn't roll their eyes every time you have a menu question or change your mind while building your order), and consistant product. They have also expanded the menu from the old days as well, seafood poyboy's, chicken sandwiches and whatnot. It's really not a bad burger, definitely better fare than MickyD's or the King, somewhat on par with Five Guys and Bud's.
