Chili's Grill Covington

All I can say is everyone that I have encountered are always pleasant, considerate, and very well trained. The best part is I have never seen an employee not be doing something! Also, as soon as you walk in through the door, all you see is smiles, even if they are busy as hell! When they tell you it's going to be a wait they apologize and then give an amount of time that you would have to but also give you an option to eat at the bar, if that is something you like to do! Plus the food has always been delicious and very reasonable! I highly recommend

Mya was our server tonight and she is the BEST! From her service to her personality, she really is FANTASTIC!

Monday lunch visit that made up for previous lousy experience. Sat in bar area and staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Food was quick and tasted great.

No wait ...fast service....great waitress...food made fresh

Honestly you don't expect much at a chain restaurant, but my kids wanted to go. The staff was super friendly, prompt service, and surprisingly our food was all very good!
