I?ve had pastries that had completely raw dough in them, doughnuts with curdled cream filling. When they first opened in our small town, myhusband lived there breakfast pizza and now he says he won?t get it because it?s not cooked all the way. I get it?s hard to findgood people as I run a restaurant but you need to make sure temp. Are accurate with food standards. Your going to make peoplesick. I?ll be lucky if I don?t get sick after eating a piece of raw pastry I bought. When I called no apology no nothing justokay thanks! I don?t want anything, it wasn?t even a ! I?ll just make my own at home. But at least apologize and say I?ll gocheck the rest of the pastries. I got ok thanks! The only reason i gave a 2 star was because I do buy other things there,pre-packaged of course, never again anything they actually make.

I frequent the Tipp City, Jack... read more Every single person that works at the Covington location is super friendly. This store is the cleanest and best run store around. I frequent the Tipp City, Jackson Center and Covington locations frequently and Covington blows the other two away. Jackson Center is not even worth stopping at anymore. It is never stocked and the associates aren?t friendly at all. Kudos tothe Covington location. You have great people there.

I hung up the nozz... read more Their pump wouldn't finish dispensing our gas. I went inside to explain that we prepaid $15. She told me to hang up the nozzle and try again. I hung up the nozzle and tried to explain that our prepay was gone, but she kept printing a receipt and insisted we hadn’t prepaid. I’m not going to argue with such poor customer service. I’m a regular customer at Casey’s locations all over Ohio because they are the only ones with the gas my vehicle needs. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the service at this store.

I'... read more Casey's kitchen often appears to be closed or shuts at unusual hours. If you're hoping to place a quick pizza order, it's wise to have a backup plan. UPDATE! I'm finished with Casey's. They consistently close the kitchen at unpredictable times and don’t answer the phone, forcing customers to make wasted trips only to be told the kitchen is closed. Make sure to check Casey's menu ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

However, while my mom and I were waiting at the food counter, three employees were chatting among themselves without acknowledging that we needed help. To make matters worse, one employee got up and left the store without informing the kitchen staff that customers were waiting. It's disappointing to see such neglect, especially when Casey’s menu offers great options that deserve attentive service. Shame on them.
