My sandwich was cold and didn't even taste good. Plus the lady at the drive thru didn't even say your welcome. Or anything. I don't really go to Burger King and I will never come here again. Worst customer service ever.

At 1pm on a Sunday afternoon with only 3 cars in the drive thru line it took 30 minutes to get to the window. Somehow they managed to be slower than a Chick fil... read more At 1pm on a Sunday afternoon with only 3 cars in the drive thru line it took 30 minutes to get to the window. Somehow they managed to be slower than a Chick fil a during weekday lunch rush when school is out over the summer.Even worse, because of the wait, cars were leaving the line after ordering and being stuck waiting for 30 minutes understandable which completely baffled the staff, slowing things down even more as they struggled to understand why their computer screen is showing an order for a car that is no longer in line. By the time food was actually received it was cold.Slowness has been a chronic problem for this location since they opened, and they clearly don't have responsible shift leadership or overall management to train staff and run the business.

Customer service in fast food what we look for but back to the food? this was the hottest, most freshest, whopperjr and onion rings I have had in ?.WELL FOREVER!!! Thank you so much for letting me see that there is still a place that stillbrings excellent quality food and awesome customer service. God bless

Took it back, and manager... read more Ordered at the drive thru, new Italian chicken sandwich. Got back to the office, and it was raw. Didn 't realize til the second bite. Took it back, and manager says I just told them about that . Goes to remake it. I tried to be cool about it, cause it waslunch rush and stuff happens. Got the new sandwich and it wasn 't even what I had to begin with. Went back in and just asked formy money back. Manager says We 're busy, I 'll rush it and remake . No thanks, I already ate a bite of raw chicken, and havewasted 45 minutes of lunch break. Rude and aggressive, no offer of recompense, completely blew me off. Generally not a Karen,but I won 't come back again.
