Buffalo Wild Wings - Covington

We came with 20 people on a Sunday evening. There were very few people in the restaurant. They messed up 4 meals and forgot 3 meals. Had to be asked to bring napkins, ketchup and ranch several times. This was our go to place for Birthdays. Not any more!!!

Bottom line this place has no management. It was dirty and you got the feeling like none of the employees cared if you were there or not. Good is average. They, for sure, are no longer the leaders in the wing war. They're wings, nothing special, and definitely not better than their competitors. Now the service. We waited 9 minutes just to be greeted (acknowledge that we were even there). We then waited 12 minutes for our drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, you know like from a machine. That's … – show

Didn't start cooking my food until my wife was almost finished eating and only because I asked where was my food did they begin my order. the chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. they charged for the dipping sauce. had to ask for napkins. we won't be back.

The Burger was nice, but the Dawgs were only okay. Overall I'd go again and hopefully the Dawgs get a little better.

Courteous service with a smile. Huge problem with condensation from the air conditioning dripping all over the dining area. I don't want that in my food and it was freezing! Try the brisket tater tots! They were amazing.
